I put sample MetaStock plug-ins here when I write one. You can freely download and play with them. To use a sample plug-in, you can install it if it has setup program, otherwise, copy the plug-in dll into "External Function DLLs" folder under your MetaStock installation directory. If it has setup program, all accompanying formulas will be imported to MetaStock during installation. Otherwise, you can use MetaStock formula organizer to import the dll and the formulas.

TREND TOOLBOX:

Name : TTBoxDemo.zip (After downloading unzip and run setup program)

Limitations : This shareware version fully functional except it works only stock symbols starts with letter "M". You are free to distribute it by giving credit to the source.

PATTERN FINDER:

Limitations : This shareware version does not generate a pattern description file, except this it is fully functional.

RANDOM NUMBER GENERATOR:

Name : Random.zip

Usage: Unzip and copy "Random.dll" to "External Function DLLs" folder under your "MetaStock" directory. You may need to create "External Function DLLs" folder manually, if it does not exist.

MULTIPLE SECURITY BACK TEST:

Name : MSBTdemo.zip

Usage: Follow instructions in the help documentation. Make sure disable integrated browser in MetaStock.

Limitations : This is shareware version and will report only one security.
